Privacy Policy
Your Privacy Matters
We value your privacy and personal information security. This policy explains how we process information related to your use of the product. By using the product, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.
Scope
This policy applies to our information processing activities when you use the iOS client. It does not apply to processing performed independently by third-party services accessed via system share actions, browser links, or external app redirects.
Information We Collect and Use
To provide features such as calendar records, timeline views, monthly/annual summaries, focus and accounting tools, and anniversary/reminder functions, the product processes and stores data on your device that you actively enter or generate, including:
- Journal entries, titles, body text, themes, tags, and creation timestamps;
- Focus sessions, accounting/statistical fields, anniversary settings, and related preferences;
- Necessary on-device preferences or cache for user experience improvements (when applicable).
By default, this data is not treated as automatically uploaded or backed up online by the product. If optional account or cloud sync features are introduced in future versions, we will provide clear in-product notices and request explicit consent where required.
Permissions and System Capabilities
Depending on features you choose to use, we may request access to relevant device capabilities (as shown in the product UI and system prompts), such as storage, network (when needed for user-triggered online features), and notifications. You can manage permissions in system settings.
Third Parties and Sharing
- This version does not collect advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) for ad tracking, and does not sell journal content to undisclosed third parties.
- If you use system-level share, copy, or app-jump actions, processing is handled by the selected destination app/service.
- Where required by applicable laws or legal process, we may provide information to competent authorities in accordance with legal procedures.
Storage and Security
Data is stored in on-device accessible storage by default. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your device and back up important data before uninstalling or changing devices.
Minors
If you are a minor, you should use the product under guardian guidance and consent. We do not knowingly collect minors' personal information without proper guardian consent.
Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may review, modify, or delete data through available in-product capabilities. If future account or cloud features are introduced, we will provide mechanisms for access, correction, deletion, and consent withdrawal where required.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy due to business, legal, or technical changes. For material updates, we will notify you through in-app notices or other reasonable means. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
